How to Dress Your Baby at 20°C (68°F)
Diaper:
Essential for protecting your baby’s delicate skin from moisture and impurities — whether you choose disposable, cloth, or organic diapers.
Long-sleeve bodysuit:
Natural fabrics like cotton are best. They are breathable, gentle on a baby’s skin, and their hypoallergenic properties help prevent skin irritation.
Pants: Make sure the trousers are made from a stretchable fabric to allow freedom of movement and prevent pressure marks on sensitive areas.
Light sweater: Use a soft, non-abrasive fabric and make sure the sweater is not too tight, so it does not restrict your baby’s freedom of movement.
Light socks:
Cotton socks are ideal for keeping your baby warm and comfortable. Avoid socks that are too tight to ensure healthy circulation.
Light hat: In the first few months, babies cannot yet regulate their body temperature properly and lose most of their heat through their heads. Outdoors, a hat is therefore essential even in mild temperatures.
